I'm planning on making a purchase from a fellow newschooler, and I am using my paypal account, not a premier just a regular paypal. I set it up with my american express card, so how do I know if the other guy can take it, considering he is on/off. Can this paypal count transfer money?

you put in his account name

then the amount

then submit it

it'll let you know when he accepts it

do not submit it as a gift. well depends on how legit the seller is. Because if you submit it as a gift and he scams you you will have no way to get your money back/or get the stuff you bought.
