PayPal struggles

Looking for some experienced sellers to help me figure out what the fuck is happening.

I ordered a $350 Armada jacket a few months ago and decided it was too big.i returned it and the refunded money appeared in my PayPal summary as "+$349.99" but it was never added to my PayPal wallet. It's been more than a month and after several emails, I still can't figure it out. The money isn't available. PayPal and Evo both told me it wasn't their problem. Pls help.
 
PayPal is a bunch of sleaze-bags. Some dude in Russia opened an account in my name and my parents address, took out money via their credit system, and then never paid it back. Then I get a letter saying I owe them.

I got it sorted out but the fact that they let people use their credit system with fake social security numbers and burner emails is a joke.

Any way I can't really help you out. Sorry just wanted to rant about how shitty PayPal can be
 
Don't worry you'll probably end up saving so much money from not going to college that you can just buy another $350 jacket

But to OP, do you have a bank account directly linked to your PayPal? Check your statements for that +$349.99; I've had funds added directly to my bank account before. This really is more of a question for PayPal support, not a ski forum, ask the people who have the power and knowledge.

That's putting it nicely, Republicans are less productive than a quadriplegic.
 
I've done over 6000 dollars worth of sales transactions through PayPal and I have never had an issue. Sometimes if you're a new user the money can be put on hold for up to a month or more before it is transferable.
