Alright well i just got a paypal and im using my debit card. I look at my Paypal account and it says i have a $0 balence. I just bought an item off ebay. now will they just take the money from my bank account or did i mess something up.
When you receive money (say you sell something) then it will pop up on the paypal balance. And if you have any money in your paypal balance, it will use that money first before it charges your bank account.
