When a buyer sends money through paypal, shouldn't it appear in the account, or atlest in pending transactions? because i recieved an email with a cover email address(meaning its not actually from a @paypal.com address) saying that payment had been sent, taken out of the buyers account and is waiting to be put into mine but it wont show in pending transactions.
update: just recieved an email threatening legal action from this same address that is not an @paypal.com address
