Paypal probs

Okay i sent 200 in exchange for an iphone to a user on here. and i get on paypal and it says they are investigating it? And waiting for the sellers response to an email? Whats that mean?
 
I'll need your PayPal info, password, and social security number. BUT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS did you do anything that might've set off alarms?
 
Not at all. It says waiting for sellers response and also says my items shipped but no tracking number nor carrier info. I
 
I tried. Hasn't been on NS since yesterday. I'm going to try to use the info i have on him and find a number and call him.
