Pavement-Skiing

LOL, check out these pics. Bunch of us used small vintage K2 skis to ski on pavement, dragged by a friend Scott's shitty station wagon. We went pavement-skiing for about 4-5 miles in the country. At the end, these pair of skis were *totally* trashed, I mean the inside part of base is almost exposed. In one of pics you could see the sparks flying. lol

i took a side trail at my mountain and for soem reason i dont know why but it was paved with about a 1 inch base, went to slow down and sparks went everywhere, it happend a few weeks later when i hit a rock too

Heh yea, we decided to go pavement-skiing cuz none of us have any money to pay for the lift ticket. Many, many thanks to incompetent morons in the White House.

yeah during the summer me and my friends look for looong staircases to go down on the skis i got from the dump
