what do you people think? Seeing as the Jets needed a last second field goal to squeak out a win against a Colts team decimated by injuries, and given the fact that Sanchez played atrociously against a JV defense full of third stringers, I am going to go ahead and say that the Jets are going to get smoked... again. LT has always been a fucking pussy in the playoffs, especially against the Pats, and Sanchez isn't fit to carry Tom Brady's jockstrap. The Patriots have hit their stride at the perfect moment in the season. Brady is having an ungodly year, BJGE has eclipsed the 1000 yard mark, and noname Danny Woodhead has quietly amassed over 1000 all purpose yards. The Pats defense has been killing it, guys like McCourty and Deadrick have been clutch. It's hilarious that this much vaunted Jets defense has not been able to hold a candle to the Pats D of late. Revis is overrated, LT was, is, and always will be a first class bitch, and Antonio Cromagnon got torched last time these teams played. Jets score 14, Pats rack up at least 35.
 
I never make predictions with professional football when the games really count. When a pro team comes out to play, none of that stuff means much (Cardinals out of nowhere, remember?).
If I had to guess I would say the Pats, but hey....it's the playoffs so let's see.

It will be a blow out...the Jets suck in New England...and Tom Brady would never want to lose to the Jets at home.

and Mark Sanchez is the most over rated player since Ryan Leaf.
 
The pats are clearly the better team, but the jets seem to be excellent at last second victories. Ill be happy as long as its a close game and not a blowout like the MNF game.
 
Ben, do you think they could pull out a last minute win against a team like the patriots? Their win against the colts was made possible by an egregious coaching blunder with that stupid timeout call. You could see it on Manning's face, he was disgusted with that call. Sanchez was woefully inaccurate, but thanks to a great kick return he was able to pull it together on the last drive, even though his receivers had to make tremendously athletic catches because the throws were rarely on the mark. All of this Nick Folk clutch field goal kick bs is just that, bullshit. He made a 20-25 yard kick in a dome. It doesn't get much easier than that.
 
Haha the Iggles. Vick showed his true colors at the end of that game. Spike the ball and think about what you are doing for once. Selfish.

Zero Precent change the pats lose this game. First off, Tom Brady is having the best season of his career; even better then the 2007 season where he had 50 TD Passes. Tom Brady may be the single greatest player to play in the NFL, and without question is the best quarterback in the league. (Im sorry Peyton Manning fans, first you had the records, then you won one super bowl. Now, Brady has the records, and the rings, what else does he have to do to show he's better then number 18?)
Anyways, second, Mark Sanchez blows. To win in the playoffs you need a balance of running and passing (Look at the chargers all those years with LT, they didn't win a thing). Sanchez hates the cold, and is just not that good yet, anyone who watched them play last week saw how many overthrows he had. The Jets wont beat the Patriots with LT and Shonn Greene. Just wont happen.

Haha, have you looked at the year he's been having? 4 picks all year. He has thrown over 300 passes without an interception, that's an all time best record and won't likely be beaten in the foreseeable future. He also set another record for consecutive home wins. How can anyone who knows even a modicum of knowledge about football argue against this guy? Hes a machine,

jets r talkin way too much trash for how they played in the last meeting. hell the jets barely beat the colts who havent been up to par this year. They didnt play good and got LUCKY. Fuck da jets
