i much prefer my pasta to be firm instead of mushy as fuck.
 
that's why you gotta know your shit and have some culinary skills/pasta intuition.

you get your pasta cooked right, al dente style, and that'll get your lady's pearl purse all juicy. i can guarantee it.
 
Luckily I have mastered the culinary arts. I can successfully make cereal, toast, kraft mac and cheese, pasta, garlic bread (I take pride in this), as well as select other things.

Nothing too special. I would have to say penne alla vodka is my most challenging dish
 
True.

I can make bacon. Forgot to mention that. As mentioned before, I like to add prosciutto to the vodka sauce.

I dont find cooking that hard, seeing as you just have to follow the directions. The only thing is I am lazy some times.
 
i used to work at an Italian restaurant as well. and i got $5 pasta's and i was getting fat. they were just so good.

my mom makes homemade meat sauce that takes a whole day to cook and it is the best fucking spaghetti sauce in the universe /claim

mix that in some penne or the shell pasta or farfalle and grate some parmesan/asiago on it

Well, to put on pasta. For just eating, i would have to say Old Amsterdam gouda.
 
i hate meat sauce. i don't know why but it ruins pasta for me

i also love linguini with this peanut sauce i get from the local food coop and grilled shrimp. pro meal
