Password help

lets say my password was 1234. i was stupid and told my friends so i changed it to lets say 12345678 but now both passwords work so i canged it again and now all 3 work anyone know how to fix this

i know it used to be as long as you entered the first four-(?) digits (i.e. "1234") and then you changed it to (i.e "1234567") it wouldnt matter and it would log you on anyways...not sure if its tstill like that though

If the first 6 letters/numbers are the same then you wont notice the difference.

Don't ask me why.

ex

twelvetrees could be your orginal, switch it to twelvedogs and it will appear like they both work but its just the first 6 letters (twelve).
