Passing saliva/cheek swab drug tests

i know all about piss tests, but whats the process for cheek swab tests? i read up on it, and it said pretty much brush/floss/chew altoids, but that seems a bit lacking. anyone ever have to pass one of these? im gettin a job at costco, and apparently they saliva test
 
dude they are so easy to bullshit i wouldnt even worry about it, just dont smoke for like a week before the tests
