Pass required for Park at bogus?

Heard this rumor up at bogus and around the forums. Is it going to happen? If so will it cost anything or take any classes or tests stuff like that.
 
I also heard they were moving the park this year, probably just a bunch of bull shit, but I was wondering if anyone else had heard that?
 
i hope they move they park because the location it is in sucks, and i hope they do this park pass thing so that families and little kids dont go stand on the jumps.
 
They should move the park to chair 5 and have all the races and stuff over there fro the high school stuff. Move it all in one place. Make a half pipe and whatnot would be sick

 
Maybe not a full one but i'm sure that they could figure out a mini one. But yeah i forgot to take into account how much snow is need for one. Nevermind i'm an idiot.
 
I remember last year there was talk of moving the park to the ridge below the main quad. Maybe they're talking about that again.
 
bogus will not change in anyway these rumors always exist (not talking about the park pass, that could happen)

and bogus used to have a half pipe where the playground is novices....
 
Most of you are probably too young but bogus used to be sick. Had a nice quarter pipe a good hip the top jump wasnt garbage and they had some good rails such as the cattle guard rail and a few others. Way back in the day I'm talkin when I was in like 9th grade they had the bottom jump as a table with a gap to a flat bar. Used to be legit. Just no money and no insurance anymore. Too many kids hurting themselves.
 


Alright, the park pass is confirmed. You have to watch a 20 minute video in the hut thing next to where the park is. You get a pass after watching the vid you can get it clipped and shit you can have a total of 3 of them through out the year if you lose it or whatnot you have to watch the vid again. you cannot get into the park unless you have it. You can watch the video anytime.
 
Wow. Fucking bogus. Looks like I will just have to make weekly trips to Utah. I hate everything about Idaho so god damn much.

Man, you obviously hate me. im just sayin dude, he has no reason to hate on bogus, or idaho for that matter. you were rattin on the kid to, so i dont see why i cant do the same. hes makin a big deal about takin 20 minutes out of his day to take that test, seriously not that big enough of a deal to have to drive all the way down to utah to ski and cry about it.......just sayin
 
i think its funny so many people complain so much, yet just keep goin to bogus anyway...at least we have a place to ski thats like 40 mins away that has night skiing it could be way worse... and if you all think its soooo bad... dont go. simple.

Yea seriously, Bogus might not be the best fucking resort, but being able to ski after school during the week kicks ass. And people need to stop hatin' on Idaho
 
Talked to britanny about it last weekend, she says that they are making everybody who wants to go in the park watch a video, aproximately 30 minutes, and youll get a pass that looks like a day pass with your name on it and you have to carry it year round. Loose it? pick up another. Its free this year.

Its to keep gapers n goonies with their five year old kids from using the lips as jumps and kids from falling and laying at the bottom of a feature. Sounds good to me

and the park should be up mid december fyi, thats what she told me
 
That little Yurt Shack at the top on the left at the top of the quad you just go in. Park should be starting to set up next week and be ready to hit by Satuday next week.
