okay guys, i got a problem on my hands. i just got an invite from my ex gf to go to a surprise party for my best friend. the breakup wasnt pretty and i havent talked to my ex in like 4 months, and i know her parents are really pissed at me, even though it wasnt really my fault. its at my ex's house, and its gonna be weird as hell, what do you guys think, go or no

 
Eesh, that's an awkward one. if you're still pissed at this girl though and want more hand, have a non-surprise party for your friend and invite everyone.

i second that go really drunk the talk with the parents will be so smoothe, it will take out all the awkwardness

Man if a girlfriends parents ever tried to tell me how i was an asshole and how i was wrong, i would tell em exactly what happened straight up, and be like, if you have a problem, then thats fine, take it up with me soem otehr time, I am here for my best friends birthday, not to see you or worry about anything else.
