they filmed at a lot of the same spots wallisch did and im sure they were together while doing it idk why the hell wallisch needed his own movie although it was sick none the less
 
1. wallisch deserved his own full season edit 2. no one likes hitting urban alone

3. his friends need shots too

 
I was blown away by the tricks themselves, not so much the editing, it didn't feel like an ender trick, the editing made it seem like it was flowing into a mid segment lull, but then the credits rolled. It didn't get me, or the premiere I was in as hyped as say, the skifi seg, or wills seg...
 
anyone know about the physical copy? I preordered this shit a while ago and i have no idea what's going on with that
 
Honestly one of the better ski movies I have seen in a while. Typically, kids will overhype the movies and I'll be letdown, but I enjoyed Partly cloudy.
 
What tv do you have? what computer?

I play every itunes movie I buy/rent through an hdmi -> dvi cable from my 2011 MBP and a 1080p samsung tv from 2009.
 
to be fair i have exactly the same problem, must be with tvs in the last couple of years though /subtleclaim
 
Definitely impressive tricks and his seg was top 3 in the movie for me but those shots just didn't fit as movie enders to me.

The rightside dub was just dub lincoln really, still sick though. Would have been more worthy of enders if they were on bigger jumps imo, both were pretty average sized (I felt this way about most of the BC booters in the movie, nothing made me go holy fuck) or less tracked out.

I feel like i didn't watch the same movie as any of you, cause every single segment was fuckin batshit crazy, and the soundtrack was so rad. That bc seg had me in a trance.
 
Was slightly annoyed that it was released on iTunes the same day it shipped. Just paid to rent it even though I'd preordered it.
 
I'm totally blown away by ahmets and adams segments. These were ridiculous, especially adams cork 3 in the bc and ahmets third bc shot
 
The first shot of Banks in his seg where he hits a quarterpipe is located in My local skatepark here in Sweden haha.

This, some segments did not live up to expectations, while others blew me away, beyond anything I could have imagined. The closer was a sick segment, one of the best in the movie IMO, but the editing did not make it feel like it was the last segment. I remember the first time I saw Sunny, and through Parker's closer my jaw was dropped and it was just "what the fuckk..." the whole time. Partly Cloudy's closer was edited in a way that made me expect another seggy after, the ending was too abrupt. Overall it was still a fantastic segment, the right dub 7 for C-Lo was money. Also, Ahmet fucking slayed, his segment was sooo sick.

Did anyone else miss Hornbeck just a little?
 
Yeah I just found that out the other day and cursed the hell out of apple... what the fuck's wrong with those guys? that's just too much...
 
PBP did this too, it sucks because I want to see it as soon as I can and so its going to make me think twice about preorder next year
 
Just watched it a second time and I´m really impressed. Ahmet´s best seg to date. Delorme slayed. Banks was on fire! LJ was awsome as always. Wiley sick as always. The parkshoot was of the hook. LSM with the most funky segment ever. But Chris Logans seggy (and his countless shots throughout the movie) is the sickest shit I´ve seen. He´s a fucking GOD!

Great movie, go buy it!
