Parks.

Good flow and variety. Good placement of the rails and jumps. Most important to me is good landing zones. Like well calculated and stuff.

it all depends on the size and resources of your mountain. Since your hill has no park im guessing it isnt huge. I would say a local resort type of place like that should have 1 halfpipe maybe like 12 feet high, a small 5-10 foot table..a bigger 15-20 foot table... a straigh rail and an interesting rail (kink/rainbow etc)

The size of the park/jumps doesnt mean shit if they jumps arent nice with smooth landings, i'd rather session a single jump with a smooth landing then be in a park with 10 jumps all with crappy landings and takeoffs.

There should be some variety on rails. Maybe a rainbow, a kinked, and a straight rail. Thats what my local hill has.

when life gives you a lemon throw it at someone

Birdy Birdy in the sky, why'd you do that in my eye, I wont fret I wont cry, I'm just glad cows dont fly.

it should be spread out, and everything in place so it has some flow, so youre not just getting one maybe two hits every run, you'll get really bored with it, and not like to ski park.

also, hits and rails of different sizes, for people of all skill levels.

and one of those big NO SNOWBOARDERS signs at the top.

also needs a huge sound system.

The worst is seeing the biggest damn booter, but the landing is 15 feet away! There's one like that at Sunshine Village that could easily launch you 45-50 feet, but the landing is about 15 feet away. It's bullshit! I see guys clear the landing at least every run. You can barely crawl up to it and not get launched! Anyways, for me its the landings that make it fun and safe.
