Parks vs. good terrain

how do you guys straddle the good park/good terrain gap. pc has a killer parks but mediorce terrain and everywhere else has bad parks but good terrain. does everyone get two passes? how does that work out?

Two passes is the best way to do it. You can do just one mountain, but you're either gonna get good park and very little terrain (park city), shitty park and a good small amount of terrain(brighton), or no park and alot of good terrain(alta or snowbird).

two pass is the only way to go. Work at a shop or mountain and get a free or discounted pass then just buy one. I had PC snowbird this year and it was the perfect combination. Wish utah would get an all Utah pass like colorado has.

no joke.

Two passes is really the only way to do it

I have found, however, that I don't even want to ski park anymore after experiencing real utah terrain.

PC pass and hiking BC/mooching tows off of people that have sleds, works most of the time.

Much of what makes Utah's

skiing so fantastic is the close proximity of many ski resorts and the

unique qualities that can be experienced at each. Skiers and

snowboarders who truly appreciate the variety each resort has to offer

take advantage of the Ski Utah Gold and Silver passes. These passes

entitle the holder to ski at every resort in Utah. Limited quantities

of both passes are available, so act quickly to secure yours and be

ready to Ski the Greatest Snow on Earth® wherever your heart desires on

any given day.

The Gold Pass is good for up to 40 days of skiing at each

participating Utah alpine ski area and cross country ski area. It is

also transferable, so your friends and family can enjoy your same

privileges on the days you're not using the pass. The cost for a

2006-07 Gold Pass is $3,200.

The Silver Pass is valid for 30 days of skiing at each participating

area in Utah. The non- transferable pass costs $2,200 for the upcoming

season.

To purchase your Gold or Silver Pass, contact Ski Utah at 801-534-1779.
