i live in alaska, and had a free ticket i had to use, so i decided to go to park city over spring break. ill be flyin out on march 6th, and stayin for about a week. so ive got the ticket.. but no place to stay, does anyone know of any clean and close lodgings i can hit up? or just any advice at all about the area? thanks

What is you budget? I would stay in SLC and rent a car, cheaper than a stay in PC. Just stay at a place that is in the northeast section of town near downtown. You could look into a hostel, I checked them out on hostel world.com. the 2 I would look into based on location are the Camelot guest house and the Avenues Hostel. the camelot actually looked like a better deal and closer to the TRAX (if you decide to get drunk downtown) and Trolley Square (shopping/food) and the marketplace (grocery store) As for a car rental use priceline or hotwire and book a last min rental to save cash. I know there are some mom and pop hotels around that are probably pretty cheap but I cant think of any off the top of my head as I don't live there any more. Hit up the regional forum if you haven't already.

Yea, do that for sure, i don't know a lot as far as lodging goes but in terms of skiing, McConkey's and Jupiter lifts are where you want to be if the is new snow and Jonesey's and King's Crown are the places to be for park. Also if it is crowded when you are there (shouldn't be close to christmas week but just incase) get there early, and take pay day to get higher up and just stay up high on the mountain all day to avoid crowds.

contact the national ability center. It is just outside of park city. It will be the cheapest...it offers kind of like dormitory housing. I believe the bus services it as well...it is about 5 min form pcmr
