We have three rooms for rent Sept 7th in Silver Creek Park City.
Two are $800 and share a bathroom the other is $1000 much larger and has its own bathroom.
This is a pretty big home and everyone has there own space as well as the shared spaces. The home is on 7 acres of land and has a ton of great outdoor space.
Lease is 12 Months, Utilities divided evenly, plenty of parking & storage.
We are both environmental conscious, outdoor oriented people, Skiing is priority number one for us. We have three dogs who will also be your roommates (thats all the dogs we can have.)
