Park city or aspen which is more lavish

None of the above. The answer is me. I’m very lavish and I’ve been called a male bourgeoise.

Aspen for sure, park city is nice but aspen is kind of authentic in a way while park city seems very manicured.

Never even been to Aspen but imma say Aspen. Like sorry but ever since the vault closed in PC it hasn’t been the same.

aspen because rich American tourists who want to purchase a mansion they only live in for 3 weeks out of the year probably have never heard of park city

Aspen for sure but Aspen is also a nicer town in general. Aspen has better skiing too. Why are we talking about PC again?

Neither. Both are your manufactured idea of what some californian thinks is a ski town. No offense to those who are passionate to them but it is what it is. If you've been to one ski town, then you've been to them all tbh. Fight me.

I'm guessing you're looking to buy a home. I would suggest something around red mtn. Good views and reasonble prices. I'm thinking of buying one myself. Real estate there is a bargain!

Last time I was in Aspen, I played a game where I guessed house values with a coworker and then we checked on Zillow (this was before the whole Zillow pandemic fiasco so values were relatively consistent). There was a house next to a gas station. I guessed $10 million and laughed thinking “no way”. It was $24 million and this was before the pandemic accelerated values…
