So with all of the lawsuit stuff that has been going on are they going to be open this season or are the landowners taking it over?

From what I heard even if Powdr loses PCMR (yes, Vail "won", but it's not final) Powdr still has PCMR for the 2015 ski season, so assuming that is correct, yes, PCMR will be open as usual and under the same management.
