Park and pipe boot

There's no such thing as a park boot, the boot that fits your feet as it should is the best boot. I assume you're in Vancouver, in which case you should have no trouble getting to a decent fitter. When you're there he will probably ask you want you're looking for in a boot, and if you say what kind of flex you want etc. he should be able to find something to suit.

Yep Your best bet is to get up to whistler at the start of next season and go get fitted up. Whistler has quite a few good fitters.

Save up some more money if you can over summer though as 300 will not get you much. Custom footbeds which you will defiantly want cost 175-200 sothats most of your current budget gone.

Not necessarily. Most flexes are similar but yes there are some boots that have progressive flexes like full tilt and some Nordica and those aren't really comparable.
