Parallels Uninstall

I'm trying to uninstall Parallels 5, but I no longer have the CD and deleted the .dmg, where the uninstall app is. Would it work if you were to just send me the Uninstall application? It's in the .dmg that you install from. Thanks

and I read about the commands you can do in Terminal to delete it manually- but I'm not really tryna mess with Terminal, shit can hit the fan way too quick with that stuff for me

ah, my ignorance led me to believe Parallels was Mac only ... anyone out there on Parallels, on a Mac to help out?
