paoli has a sick park put up this year with more to come, and on jan 23 there is a free comp for both skiers and boarders + free donuts and t shirts(which are hilarious by the way). 35 ft battleship, dfd urban kink, flat down urban, 25 foot flat rail, jump line, apex rail, wall ride, and best of all on the side of the 35 foot jump is a 20 foot cannon box. sweet prizes for top 3

they should let their balls drop at snowtrails and build a fat booter like the used to
 
snowtrails is sick, with alot of cool people there. but i mean, nothing can compare to FREE DONUTS!! im going to paoli for sure, paired with a party night at IU.

Yeah I definitely hit up Paoli like, three times over Christmas break, since it was closer to my home, while PN is closer to Lexington, but I WAS SO PISSED the last time I went because that was the first weekend that 5-Star was up and it was so sweeeet! I'd spent so long skiing Paoli's TP's that when I went to Audition at PN I was like, "why so short?", but I must admit, I do thoroughly enjoy the MUCH larger ski scene at Perfect's compared to the 2 to 5 skier to snowboarder ratio at Paoli. Hope to see that comp though. . .
 
I would encourage all skiers to come out to this event. First place prize is worth it...trust me. We are rebuilding the last big hit on thursday and fixing any other features on friday. Pics are at:http://paolipeaks.com/terrain_report2.html
Again, free donuts, prizes that are worth more than your college books and free tshirts...everybody better show up.
 
yea they are man, i was learning 7s on them and like 1/2 the time i would catch an edge on the lips cause its like all icy and bumpy. but i would assume they would groom and stuff for a comp.

they are also super inverted, 2nd jump is pretty much to flat, 1st jump is retardedly small, but the 3rd is alright i guess, i was trying stuff. its mainly all the non-park riders that come down the park and ride over all the lips non stop
 
Yeah, the jumps are pretty sketch in the pics for sure. we built the first jump real small and gay to hopefully divert some of the carhartt mafia traffic away from the other two (it helps a little). The last two are being rebuilt on thursday cause this warm weather and MLK weekend (paolis busiest weekend) has tore the hell out of our park. The pics are just to show how things will be set up as far as rails go, but you can expect all features to be rebuilt and in good condition for saturday.
 
Any chance you can get pictures up before Saturday so I can make my final decision on if I want to go or not?
 
I will try to get them up by friday afternoon, by then we should have everything rebuilt. Again, first place prize will definitely be worth it.
 
Paoli is pretty fun, better than I thought it would be for sure. Worth checking out for a day for sure.
Oh and prizes were dope as well, the jibulant crew killed it!
 
thanks to everyone who came out, contest was a huge success..congrats to nick busken who came out and killed it as well as kyle taylor for having one of the cleanest runs ive ever seen.. hope to see everyone again on february 20th for jibs and spare ribs contest
