Panda Poles

They're solid.

A bit expensive

grips are rather large

baskets are killer $$$

they look dope

heavier than aluminums

I love the way they feel

(I have two pairs) however, both pairs have splits in them after using them both about a year. my park pair is absolutely destroyed, huge split right down the middle. This will be my second season with them. this is entirely my fault, as I have wrecked, fallen on them, ect. As for my longer pair I use to hike and stuff, I haven't abused them and they still have a few smaller cracks, which really bugs me as I have tried to baby them. but what the heck, they're still solid, but when tapping the snow off your boot they don't make that solid noise they used to. Like hitting a baseball with a Broken wood bat type sound.

tldr, they're reasonably durable and you should get them if you have the $$

Except your park pair has faulty bamboo. (Shin-bang knows the owner so he got a cheaper pair w questionable bamboo)

I work for Panda Poles as an intern so I may be biased but I can say these things are really solid. Durability is great and if you happen to have a problem there's a warranty. Grips are super nice, especially if you like those kind of grips. Baskets are nice, no drag and traverse so well. If you're worried about them being heavy people like Alex Hall, Sander Hadley, Julian Carr, and Drew Tabke and more are all on our team. And they throw down. I highly recommend. PM me if you have any specific questions.

Hope I helped
