no but my roomate is big into film. soooo if you have any questions just let me know though

im hoping that some of these smaller film companies like i hate ny or ata may try to pick this setup up

180 on the heads, only used panasonic professional tapes which prevent the heads from getting dirty - in addition 160 of the hours were from a short film that was professionally produced this summer (you can imagine the hours that were racked up just logging and capturing)

- i am also the original owner

Trade for Vx2100? Camera, battery's, original accessories it came with?

I have very low hours on my VX21k heads. If he deosn't want to trade its cool, but it would be cool if I can get a fairly used DVXa for my VX.

My Vx is like brand new. I only went through 3 tapes with it and used my capture camera for uploading. So at the most my camera has 5-6 hours on the heads.

read the thread.

Oh I missed the last sentence Jake. Sorry.

If you move around on the price I'm very tenatively interested, in a really pussy, poor college student way. Let me know how it all goes and we'll see where finances are late in the sale.

actually it is?

and ill let you know on that price...NS has to help each other out. and yes, this is my roomates camera, but he really needs to get rid of it because he wants a new one to get experience on

I say this to every camera that comes up for sale, i wish i had a spare 2 grand.

i want very badly. I make movies and am gonna go major in film.and i think this would be very nice. PM me so we can work somethin out.

im potentially interested as well. When was it purchased? and also how does this compare to the 100b. the only thing that i have noticed through reading is it's capabilities in low light. PM me though, im really interested.

The 100b has timecode sync features which allow you to syncronize your timecode between several cameras. The camera was purchased less than 8 months ago or so. As for low light, the 100b and the 100a both open up to 1.6 and have the same gain capabilities meaning that low light performance is identical. I've used the 100b many times and was definatly not convinced that it was worth the extra money.
