Yeah... I tried it, with spray paint, and... no. Black paint on blacks skis doesn't look too shitty, but white paint on a black skis looks like shit, especially on the tail, after only one run, it just flakes off like shit. Krylon has some paint for painting on plastic called ''Fussion'', I was wondering if any of you out there in internet land have tried it, or anything else that doesn't sucks sweaty balls.

clear coat nikka and if you do like a lot of layers white will get better but use a primer

you have to sand that shit down first hardcore so the paint will hold

i just grabbed old housepaint works fine i dont even know what it is, but this naturally is only on my crappy skis so i dont know if youd want to go HC

 
my brother spray painted one of his mad trix white. turned out pretty good. maybe youre not prepping it right

sometimes when im running water to wash dishes or something, i think about how lucky i am to have access to running water and how some people will never know such a simple pleasure.

then i let it run for awhile, just because i can.

Dude, you gotta prep th surface if you want the paint to sick.Just scuff them up with some sand paper or steal wool. And if you have access and or use of a paint gun its works alot better than rattle canning them. My problem as of right now with my skis is that i am trying to find a clear coat that will flex with the ski so it won't crack.

 
that krylon fusion stuff supposedly doesnt need any prep, and is ment to go on plastic. it doesnt flake off nearly as bad as regular paint

you might want to use straps, because if you ever eject in more than a foot of powder, you wont find them until summertime

or you could tape pink and green streamers to the tails.. you'd never lose em... and neither would your friends on the hill... one b/c of the streamers... other reason b/c you could just follow the people keel-ed over laughing.

Totally! Actually They're summer skis. I paint my winter boards black or flouro orange (to match my hat and underwear)

i painted my 7 dollar teneighties with three coats spray, and then a glossy stncil on the tail.

i did it on a old pair of shity rossi

i dident work out to well

they looked pretty ghetto and the paint came off

 
did this last year, they look much better in real life and yes i know your not suppose to do the bindings

get MONTANA spray paint, made for graffiti it works very well...i have it on my skis and they have barely chiped at all. its well worth it and much much better than anything you'll find at a normal store.

if you're willing to use a roller....marine grade topside paint for boats is nearly invincible with the proper prep of sanding.......and it's shiny on its own, no need for clear coat..........tho it'll be hard to find unless you have a marine hardware store in the area
