Pain in back of teeth and some slight pain when swallowing

So I'm pretty sure the pain I'm having is due to impacted wisdom teeth but tell me what you think?

My gum in the lower right looks a bit swollen and red. At first I thought it might be because food got stuck in my gum so I tried brushing it fucking hard but that just made it bleed a ton and it still hurt a bunch. It started on Sunday night (the pain) Now my tooth fucking kills. I literally can't stand it without taking a percocet (I have some left over from my knee surgery). I can't really open my mouth or chew, and it hurts a bit to swallow. That's the part i'm worried about. Everything I've researched on wisdom teeth has all my symptons except swallowing. I think my gum might also be infected (because of the swallowing) Idk Anyway I scheduled a dentist visit for tomorrow at 10:30 AM

Also how bad is Wisdom teeth surgery? and what painkillers should I excpect to get (I've been on painkillers for a while because of my knee surgery so now vicadin doesn't really do anything for me, and I think I will probably need something stronger)

If you get your wisdom teeth out, this is what you can expect. The day of the surgery: no pain. The day after the surgery: slight pain. Two days after: holy fucking god it hurts so bad. From there it gets progressively less painful. They'll prescribe you anything from regular old tylenol to lortabs or percoset. If they try to prescribe you tylenol, remember that you're the customer and you can tell them to gtfo and give you something that actually helps with pain and they will.
