Overflip vs Misty 5

Is there a difference? If so, whats the difference? Its my understanding that a Misty 5 is a flip with a 180 rotation because 360 degrees come from the flip. I looked it up and an overflip is technically a 90 lincoln 90, but when you see them done, its basically the same thing.
