Overbaked Pretzels?

i want to see the casanova on skis. a tail blunt blindside to nosepress. tail blunt would be jumping over the rail to tailpress, not a lipslide.

oh oh oh, tricks that are actually hard that look nice and you totally have to be a skier to see the finite things about them that are hard!

so your friend that doesnt ski will be like man that wasnt so great and you will be like you dont even know how hard the ________ made it

instead of the opposite like it is now

and ahaha, non lip tail and nose switchup to tail has been done several times and all variations of them, there are a few kids who have been on these tricks since the start and they are quite a bit beyond what most people have even thought about doing yet.

as hypocritical as it may be. i agree. i enjoyed watching your promo because you kept it real on rails and didnt do any reptitive pretzels.

well since its the internet i cant tell if you're being sarcastic or not....but i did a few, also i dont think i kept it real, there wasnt anything out of the ordinary in that vid....but if you are being serious, thanks

i think pretzels have been seriously overbaked in the park, it's all kids care about these days, but they are the tech shit, so it's cool i guess. Think about this though: How come snowboarders don't put any time into those kinds of tricks? I mean, for starters, a pretzel has a completely different definition on a snowboard. our (skiers) definition of "pretzel" isn't even done on snowboards very often. I feel the snowboard industry has a much better focus on what is positive progression and what to support, like progression in the backcountry and on urban features. Also, when snowboarders come up with fancy little tricks, such as the "Michael Jackson" they don't take it so seriously, it is more of a joke and people do these tricks to bring a smile to their face and get laughs out of their friends... This is the way tap dancing on boxes should be looked at. Park riding all together seems much less serious in snowboarding.

Maybe, just maybe, it's like "spin to win" on booters; all this pretzel/multiple switch up business is way too much going on to even look cool..... 2 cents. peace

they have blown up these past two seasons, before I rarely used to see them I think that tom wallisch and the crazy rail antics of many other skiers that have suddenly become recognized have added emensely to this idea

you guys should find something better to talk about. like, are you saying you don't like pretzels...

besides, it's all about the hot garbage this year anyways.

lip 27 on, blind side switch up to full force bonk kick breaking the end of the rail off. Give the cut throat signal to anyone else standing on top expecting to hit it and dismount to Wetzel's Pretzels to chow down.

How are pretzels overrated? Doing a 270 on 270 without changing direction is way easier then doing a pretzel. Its almost like being sloppy when you see someone 270 on, not control their spin and just keep on switch up, switch up, and switch up and 270 off. Thats just keeping up your momentum and hopping. With pretzel your being in control the whole time.

If you think this is rediculous this is just what I have been taught by my ski coaches.

450-FSswitchup-BS270out ?

450-BSswitchup-BS270out?

have those ever been done by humans, im pretty sure honda made a robot that did?

just wondering if a human has done one.

just like 270 on sw up's

everything gets played...........

until someone good starts pushing rails in a dif direction,

they will be the only trick seen attempted in the park with regularity.

i really like the ones that you can get at the mall, they are the soft dough ones, and you dip them in mustard, and they're really really good
