Outlook not logging in

Has anyone else had issue today logging into Outlook? I've been trying for the last like... 3 hours or so and still can't log in.

It has worked all day for me, just logged in again right now.

Damnit.... must be my damn network then.

I can access Google, Facebook, Netflix, YouTube, random porn sites, Newschoolers just fine... Outlook won't log in and the Sherdog forums go into "loading forever mode"

I'm on Chrome if that matters and have a Comcast connection.

The other thing that is weird is I can access the Xbox Live website no problems.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Could it be Comcast is being an asshole?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

I unplugged the router for 30 seconds.. plugged it back in to no avail and did that with my modem too.

The weirdest thing is that these websites work:

-Netflix

-YouTube

-Hulu

-Facebook

-NS

-Sherdog (the news portion... not the forum portion)

Those are all places that, well, should have issues connecting if there is a network issue but they run fine.

It's happening on my laptop and the house computer so I doubt it's a hardware problem.

And the most annoying bit is that I can access all of this easily on my phone through the 3G network.

the Updated Outlook sucks and always crashes on me for no reason

its probably something to do with your isp or your email provider you're trying to connect to in outlook. it could possibly be an auto update to outlook or something fucked with your settings making it so you can't connect.

This, is it even possible for outlook itself to fail? surely being just a program rather than a provider?

Now it's working.

I'm just going to blame Comcast and feel better about myself.
