You guys are all talking about the 'idea' and not the 'actual picture.' K2 didn't just take the Beattle's cover and re-color it. They completely took a brand new photo in a similar setting.

What you guys are saying about the idea would just be like a random kid posing in the way Pep was. I feel like this is different because they actually used Pep's picture.
