Out of the Shadows being released as an HD download

Just saw this today at the Dendrite Studio site and was pretty excited:

They're offering an online "Pay-what-you-will" rate of $1.99 and up for the online downloads (in HD, standard def, and Ipod def) and $28 for a DVD (made at near zero environmental impact).

I know for sure that I'm dropping money on an HD download! I missed the Seattle premiere.
