Introduction to American Politics.... at least I make an effort of reading (skimming) everything. My engineering grad school friend grades based on the weight/heft of lab reports. He does not even read them.

The number of students who missed points on the short answer question about separation of powers sickens me. Sometimes I wonder why even bother? If you know you haven't been going to class and did not bother to study or do the reading, why even waste time taking the test?
