Our School is on Lockdown

Our school is on lockdown because some guy was found with a gun and when the a teacher saw it, the student pointed it at her and ran.

The Police have still not found the student.

I have been stuck in a classroom.

Nah, people getting shot still sucks.

For real though, when my school went into lockdown, being able to find out what was happening through my phone (or maybe ipod touch at the time) was a strange sense of comfort and discomfort. It was nice to know what was going on but at the same time super scary. I think I actually went to NS first after texting my parents to see if there was a thread on it yet. It's weird how digital information moved faster than though the school by mouth.

Don't know anything about OP's situation, but hopefully no one gets hurt. +vibes man, that shit is stressful

Yeah I could see if there was a legit threat the worse we have had is stupid ass calls and writing about killing in the bathroom.
 
Similar thing happened last week at the town next to mine. Mid hunting season, said kid has his rifle in his truck, cop drives by and sees gun, kid is then arrested and banned from both school and owning a firearm until further notice
 
One time this year I was in the bathroom and the police came into the school to search for drugs. I was locked in the bathroom for 40 minutes.

Got out of class though. Worth it.

Well I see it being shitty if it's real but if your sitting there on lock down for 4 hours because some kid brought a BB gun to school it's nice to sit on ms and get some homework done or something
 
Some girl at my school was dating some black guy (that has nothing to do with the story but why leave it out) who was in jail and she brought his gun into school with her. She got caught...... she was really dumb

Some kid at the middle school next to us put a bomb threat in the toilet and they had to come to our school and left early, I think he got dared
