Ottawa Big Air Jan. 18

For those of you in the Ottawa area, there will be a big air competition held at Edelweiss next Saturday, Jan. 18. There will be training Jan. 17 and the morning of the 18th. We hope to have some product prizes, and maybe even some cash. There should be two jumps, one with a 40 foot table and another with a 25 foot gap. Entry fee is still undecided, but will probably be in the $30-$45 range.

A four hour lift ticket is $22. I don't know how much an all day one is, probably like $4 more for a student. Nowhere near as much as Blue.

i would like to go watch this, except im going to sabveur that weekend, but heres the ev deal, they wlil probably come through wiht the jumps for the comp, they had a nice hit for the snowboard comp so i bet they will for the ski comp, as for lift ticket, no you don't need to buy one because they hardly check your ticket, just take the quad and go in the middle

damn i wanna see this... maybe ill have to postpone saveur...

Yeah the jumps they built for the snowboard comp last week looked PERFECT. I'm sure the jumps will be as good.

EV never ever checks lift tickets.

Don't buy a ticket, we were there last night and it was packed and they still weren't checking. I wasted $20 :(

is this comp confirmed? like i have been askin around EV and no one knows anything

it had better be. because im making plans to be there and if i spend this money on food and place to stay etc.. and the comp doesnt go down. people will die. but it actualy is confirmed. go read the article on the first page
