I live like 2 hours from "The-O-park" probably will never go there, oh and on there brochure(sp.?) they said that they have the best pow in the midwest! HAHAHAHHAHAH

yeah the air bag hit is to simulate pipe and can be hit from both sides. not sure if they are letting just anyone hit it. it seems funny that instead of people trying to dog on the o-park(which is almost impossible if youve been there) they just make fun of our towns name! seems like the park is speaking for itself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The park is the best in the midwest, but no one can ride it... If I could go there and get a day ticket I would drive a few hours...

I dont believe it.

Ive lived in MI my entire life and have never heard of a 22 ft pipe.

granted there is the elevation and continued grade needed for a pipe that size..

Yes they do but I believe it is a 18ft but it is probably a lot longer than there 22'. But it sucks cause nubs got rid of their whole jump line

idk, they just stopped like last year, they used to have monster kickers, then last year they did a giant triangle with a 50ft long ox on top, and now its all rails

well i know two years ago some kid sued the place with his parents all that b.s and won. so they jumps progressively got worse and now there gone i guess.

jeezus stop whoring these threads repping your PRIVATE resort...nobody gives a fuck especially about snowboard teams doing this shit....

No one sued nubs, It was about insurance and the kid who was an idiot and paralyzed himself a year or two ago out in the Canadian Rockies. And the jump line didn't get progressively worse, they just stopped after they figured out they didn't want the insurance risk with having jumps. The last year nubs had jumps it was awesome for the Northern Lower Peninsula. But if you're in the area, I'm pretty sure Boyne Highlands has stuff on that side of the road. I work at Nubs so i don't really go to Boyne all that often.

the best pow in the Midwest is about 4 hours north of you guys at Bohemia, with Marquette at a close second, I doubt you guys get good pow.

they probably named it gaylord because gaylord is a fucking name and doesnt have anything to do with homosexuality or anything else

it is a members resort. but only on the weekends. we are open to the public monday through friday 12-9. also watch for comps. you can get into the resort if your signed up for comps on the weekends. come out for our friday night rail jam series.
