seriously, they've decided to step up their park. I've never skied there before so I don't know what is was like..I'm assuming it was like any small underfunded resort, but I've gotten a look at the new rails that have just been built (two flat bars (20ft), single kink, flat down flat, battleship, rainbow, jib box, c-box in process....can't remember what else) I'll be out helping set it all up, so it won't be crap take-offs etc...

We'll have to see how it goes...but if you live near Oshawa, might be worth checkin out this season.

if you have never beenhere before you should be informed that Kirby has this slight little problem called lack of snow! i dont think they were completely open (all runs) for more then a week last year...

it all sounds good but you need the key ingredient..SNOW!

I've been riding at Kirby for about 14 years.... The park has always been absolutely shit. But.....

This year the park is pretty fuckin rad. I have had so much fun this year in the park there. The pipe is half decent and the jibs are top notch. They just did a re-dig though and I haven't been in since then, but hopefully they re-worked the jumps. It has pretty decent flow. $10 to ride on Mondays, other then that it is pricey as fuck but, yeah, I can't believe I'm backing Kirby, but props go out to Jess and the rest of the staff for giving us a good park finally...

kirby has got a nice jib set up now. theres a round hand rail gap to down flat bar, and theres a 16ft box set up right in front of the c box, seriously nice

 
that box setup looked sweet....i wanted to see more peeps hit it up though
