Original Longboards

I have just heard mixed opinions about this brand of longboards and I'm looking to buy one. I'm pretty new to this sport so I need some help. Also I'm looking to buy the Original Pintail 40 or the Pintail 43. If anyone has one of these boards let me know what you think about it.
Thanks NS's buds.

If your stuck on original, get the carbon apex and put randalls or paris's on it instead of the original trucks.

4 of my friends have originals and have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm planning on ordering a BC eel soon, so check BC longboards out also.

pintails suck.

we should move all these questions to the longboard cult. I feel like skithespirngs, catshark icon, and me have answering this same question everyday for the past week.

sorry for dub post

one of my friend has the new carbon apex and its dope, deffenly look into that if your getting original

this. you're ability level is also really important, along with hight and weight for the flex pattern).

Bombing hills and originals don't go well together, unless your somehow going under 10 mph down the whole thing

Landyachtz make some solid all around boards for all ability levels. Also look into kuya, which is a new company. I am prototyping some of their boards and I really like them. And look at one of the many threads on this topic for other suggestions

I have a apex 37, dam im in loved. I would suggest you too buy a apex 37 whit randal/bear and some 70mm wheel ( orangatang). Just dont buy a pintail, they are not fun. Original are very good board,

They have a bunch of sick edits. I went with bustinboards, but my first choice was an original. my friend has the malakai, and it's the best board he's ever owned.

their decks are sick but im not a fan of the trucks. not hating on them but i just prefer bushing trucks.
