Ordering from Trusnow?

Has anyone ordered from trusnow.com formerly seirra snowboards? I ordered snowpants November second and they still haven't even shipped yet. I've called and sent emails and have heard nothing about them. Has anyone had similar experiences with them?

I have ordered a few things from them, also my friend swears by them and their customer service. They might just be taking awhile because of all the changes they are going through lately. Also just a disclaimer: I ordered from them when it was still sierra, so I don't exactly know how different that is from Trusnow.
