im realizing now the 177s are prob to small for me any recommendations on what I should do or should I just ski them

I think you’ll be fine. But I think ur options are.. Keep them in brand new condition, dont mount them with bindings and sell them when someone’s looking for them… or ski the hell out them and buy a bigger size next time around.

I have the 183s and they’re pretty damn tall. I’m only 5’10. I skied on 172s for years and I still feel so good on them to this day. I think you’ll be okay my guy

So you are 175cm tall & think a 177cm ski is too short for you? Dunno if the V's come true to size but that's the length I'd recommend for you if you asked.

Vs ski super short because the massive rocker. I think Vishnu recommends anyone over 5’7 ride 183

That's something I didn't know. Haven't ridden the V's and actually only ever seen one pair of those. They aren't a thing in Finland and might have some trouble becoming one if they only sell their skis in the states ?

no they ski way too short and skis are getting longer now

I like to think I'm a fairly advanced skier and like to ski on planks 2 to 5cm taller than me. Anything taller feels very planky. I ride mostly park with skis around 100mm underfoot.

i agree i meant no hate. It is better to ski what you are comfy with so you can do sum crazy shit on them, and not have skis way to long for u and feel restricted on them

Hmm. dickfiddlers's * is too small, who knew.

But seriously, if you can't return them they might be fun. I like short skis and they're only slightly short.

dude you're so set lmao NS has gotten so carried away with this it's crazy. those are 2cm above you, great size, yes they ski short but that's because they're made to! that suits them to the type of skiing vishnus like, they didn't make them that way just so people could have extra decorative length on their skis

i love tall skis, really i do, all mine are over my head, but you didn't buy vishnu picnic table specialist skis to have them crazy long and stable, you got them for doing vishnu stuff right? those are a perfect size...!!!

also you're 69 inches tall that's tight

Honestly dude just ski em. You might not look as cool but it will make most tricks easier and you might end up liking them after all.

They're direct to consumer. Pretty sure they ship worldwide.

They measure a little short, my 189s are the same length as my 187 ON3Ps

Yeah my 189s gon be the same height. I like being tall but not for action sports / long ski steeze

Yes, they do.

Yup.

A pair of Wets ($540)

+ shipped to Finland ($100)

+ VAT including shipping cost +24% ($155)

+ customs +3.7% ($23)

= $818

Import fees are probably super high and not worth getting a pair shipped in.

You’ll be fine I have seen dudes 6 foot ride 177 your gonna have a lot of fun on them no matter what but there still fine don’t worry

5'9" here as well and also got 177's. I've skied anything from 176-178 my entire life, don't care that I'm not "core", and just wanted a super lightweight/playful park ski. I want a ski my usual length that feels way lighter/shorter than my usual skis. That's why I bought V's in the first place.

That being said, I did get the Wet+ to add some stiffness and give me more stability, but I still think we both will be perfectly fine.

They measure the ski before they press it and the rocker and camber eliminates a little bit of the height

You could’ve just got 183 normal wets…
