Order change with Saga

I want to change my Saga order. I've orderd pants in size XL but want to change it to size Large.

I have tried to cantact Saga at contact@sagaouterwear.com but I dont get any respond.

Somebody who has orderd before or got some information about this?

 
Theyre slammed with emails, just explain it nicely and be patient and they will get back to you as soon as they can
 
they sure helped me out when i got the wrong size, they paid for me to ship the smaller one back and shipped me the bigger one totally free and they threw in one of those white tall tees. but that was last season so i dont know if they will hook you up like that anymore, they are gowing as a company so fast

I was a bit scared that meanwhile I wait for thier respond the large pants sold out!
