Orbital Blow-out Fracture

Anyone here had one of these before?

I knuckled on a rodeo 5 and hit my face on my knee. My goggles slit open my face, which is now held together with liquid stitches and sterile-strips, but they also think the impact caused an orbital blow-out. The x-rays get read on Monday so I'll find out if I need emergency surgery or not.

What I want to know is; has anyone else experienced this before? Its really fucking weird cause I see double of everything. Images out of both eyes are perfectly clear... but there are two! Its kinda fun, but at the same time horribly frightening.

Tell me your stories NS.... if you have any.
 
mostly unrelated: we had a foreign exchange student from belgium in my 5th grade class and he wore glasses because when he took them off he saw everything in double.
 
I dont drink. I wouldnt know. If you get really dizzy, and see things clearly but doubled. Then yes, you would know how I feel.
 
Same thing has happened to two of my friends. Both had surgery to get it repaired. One friend has perfect vision the other has permanent double vision. Good Luck!~
