What group of kids would do the worst against some of the top pros, and probably are under the drinking age?, Ill fucking pick them'

MGA's edit was filmed on a shitty camera and a go pro. Yea the skiing was good but the editing and the filming was fucking trash literally wtf? Montage was so much better its retarded. But the only obvious choice is now Hoodcrew.
 
24 teams entered edits and im super stoked on everyone one of 'em. At the end of the day the risk is that 23 teams might be bummed. That's inevitably the end result of a contest with one winner. The first round of the Elite 8 was never meant to be a "most likes" contest.

Getting an idea of which teams you guys were stoked on was part of how we selected the top 3 but the ultimate motivation for this contest was to give an opportunity to the crews who normally don't get opportunities. Back in 2006 I hosted the Siver Young Gun open series. The winners of those 4 events made up a team at the Orage Masters that year... they didn't win, didn't even make it out of the first round, but they're careers got a kick start.

Those 4 riders were LJ Strenio, Shea Flynn, Joe Schuster and Matt Walker. And those 4 dudes still slay it on the top level in 2013... and I'm stoked for them. My goal was to give the winner of the Elite 8 the same opportunity that those four dudes had.

That's it that's all, and whichever team get chosen, i'll be just as stoked for them as i was the Young Gun crew back in the day.

 
Is it going to be an edit contest, or what?

This is what i have wondered without actually doing any research whatsoever. Is it organized just like the old Masters, or is it, "hey, lets going skiing for three days, let these fuckers run wild in SV (awesome), and see who puts out the best edit?

but seriously. Kill the cow. And if Totally Trevor ends up making the cut, I'm totally gonna show up.

That's weird I thought the contest was make the best edit go to Masters. I guess it was more If your crew is too good and had too many "opportunities" don't bother entering because we want to let some less fortunate (less talented) skiers go. If you want to help give kids careers a kick start restart the Young Gun Open Series you dumbass. You think putting those kids in Masters back in 2006 is why they are at where they are today? Fuck no it's because they are good at skiing! Nobody remembers them even being at the Masters. I remember Candide slaying the masters in 2006 that's about it. On the other hand I do remember LJ and Shea winning young gun opens. Careers get kick started by winning contests not getting a pitty invite to the Masters to have your ass handed to you by the best. Get your head out of your ass Mike Nick
 
Where the fuck is all this entitlement coming from? Orage didn't have to let an am team into the masters, and as such they get to choose who is. Everyone stop being so butthurt, it makes you look like a fucking fool. Go ski and have fun
 
I didn't make or ski in an edit for this contest, so I'm gonna go ahead and tell you to get your head out of Mike Nick's ass. Then maybe you could actually see the edits
