I am 6' exactly and 135 lbs and i was wondering if a large or xl would be better. i like baggy but not swimming.

Go xl for baggy, they are pretty loose fit, I had xxl and I'm 6'2 and they were pretty dam huge. Get the xl with some decent suspenders and u can sag as much as you like
