Opinion on “knee bindings”

Just curious on knee bindings, I don’t really see anyone ski them and I’ve never rode them before but I’m curious on their performance and quality. Are they any good or comparable to tyrolia or look bindings?

I’ve heard they aren’t very durable and don’t release right. My friend had a pair and had problems ejecting. I don’t know too much about them though to be honest.

search the forum here. There were numerous discussions. TLDR = they totally suck

If anything, they are probably okay for your average / aging skier. The stack height is stupid high, and the plastic feels like ribbon candy. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone but a geriatric.

Literally only for those people who maybe shouldn't be skiing anymore IMO. Tall stack height, heavy, sucks to mount. Feel super cheap too. Just buy pivots and call it a day.

Terrible product and the people that run the company are total pieces of shit

Can u give backstory on this, are they still in business? I’m just curious cuz of how they are still selling them in my local shop yet their official website haven't been updated since 03

Not entirely sure but almost every ski shop in park city and Salt Lake City has beef with them. They absolutely refuse to do much as let a pair walk in. I’ve asked around and I guess the owners consistently blame shops for poor mounts when the bindings hurt customers

Knee bindings are complete shit i broke mine while doing a 360 and i took apart the other toe peice and theres a peice of metal in it that was cracking!
