Ok... i really dont think these skis are safe. I've done everything that they have told me to do, hand screw the bindings in. It was my third day skiing and i was throwing cork 7's into some fresh powder about a foot deep or so. Second try i landed alittle forward and my ski's came off. I looked at my ski and saw my binding ripped out of my ski! Not just pulled out but fucked my whole top sheet. I really dont think these skis are safe for people who want to buy them... Like witt said i can not let a consumer buy a pair of these skis! someones gonna break a leg when they should have.

yah that happens to me on about every pair i have, the only answer I have is to not suck at skiing and land perfect...

agreed, but sometimes landing perfect doesnt even work, ive come down after runs twice where ive landed everything and theyre broken in half

 
you guys are right, the cores in this year's skis suck. They are not what we wanted at all. The people in China dont have a clue what we need, and what we really want because they dont understand what we are using the skis for, hence why we need them to be so damn solid.

We have worked out these kinks for next year.

yeah their not getting a good rep at all by this, at the vt open the kids i was riding with kept saying how they always see them ripping out, luckily i havtn ripped out once and i skiied them all eyar and i use that back at them, but hopefully next year will have some dope cores and fix this little proplem

yea i got shafted hardcore....i made it to finals and was killing it and in my first run in finals i ripped out my toepiece coming off a rail...it was super lame...im getting fed up with not being able to perform because of equipment that cant stand up...i understand that its all getting worked out but its still super frustrating to have problems with equipment....especially at that level...i was super stoked to ski well and represent liberty in the finals...i mean i was the only non super duper ski star in the whole thing...at any rate im defanitely dissapointed in the skis because they now affected my chance at building my reputation in a major comp....oh well....well see how next year's stuff goes i suppose

Guys, we are sorry about this, but this stuff happen, look at the first year of armada, there was only 1 ski total that was unbreak at their first x-games, and its the one tanner had on the podium... next year should be better!

for sure^ but its still really unfortunate that poor product could have such an obvious negative effect on its riders in competition.....at any rate im glad things are getting worked out for next year...by the way...why are there only two pair of new skis out right now...ellen has them and is demo'ing them around apparently but why arent there more new skis?

Thats rough witt, between east coast open and vt open a lot of people saw the skis broken, hopefully theyll figure it out for next year

 
Witt, it is because we want to make sure about the product before producing more. I dont even have samples in canada yet.

We just got a shipment with different cores, we will test them, and once we know what shit we want, its going to be out.

so today i broke another pair but the binding stayed in.. the tail of my left ski snapped, i think its the wood inside of the ski cuz nothing looked broken but after a cork 7 my tail felt really chattery and then at the pbottom i bent the ski with my foot and it did like a 90 degree angle it was crazy. im gettin really frustrated tho because im skiing on these skis for one day and they are breakin left and right... they are a really good ski when not broken, infact the best ive skiied but i cant get the whole world of this ski untill i can ride a ski for more then 3 days.
