The hiking around there in the summer is some of the best in the world. The road that goes towards deer park is crazy as fuck.

i am making a pact with myself to endure the long ass venture to hurricane ridge this winter to ski there. its been an aspiration for a while. it will happen.

It's actually not that far from Bellingham if you can catch the keystone ferry!

I'd say probably 2-2.5 hours from here.
