I'm fairly positive I've seen Henrik and Phil do it. 1:32 in this edit was the closest I could find with a little browsing, but not quite the full swap obviously. If you watched all the BnE tour videos you're definitely going to stumble across one on at least a box, perhaps not a rail, but I wouldnt put it past them
