6ft, 135 lbs, im a decent skier, I ride a lot of park but also all mountain. Comfortable on mostly all in bounds terrain at resorts.

The skis I have ridden before are Amplid Provoke and JSkis Whipit. (both ...interesting choices) the provokes werent horrible but theres not much to say about them. However the whipits are really light and soft which is great, but i want something more stiff and powerful.

I'm looking to get some ON3Ps on my feet because durability, quality, and something that i can take in powder and all mtn as well as possibly hood in the summer.

basically i just want to get a pair of real skis that will hopefully last me a handful of seasons

I'm guessing kartel 98 or something like that, I just wanted to hit up NS and get some opinions of people that know more about the company.

thanks guys

Kartel 98 or Magnus are your two options. Kartel is fatter and slightly stiffer and the Magnus is like 90 underfoot so "skinnier" I guess and it's like butteryr. You get the idea.

I would go Magnus, or k98 too,I'm going to be picking a pair of one of those two for myself in the near future

I have the kartel 98's im 6,3 185 and ride the 186's they're awesome. although if you're going for more butters get the magnus, my old filthy riches were buttery when they were broken in. Although i haven't broken in my kartels yet so i can't comment on that yet

The magnus and K98 are fairly similar, the Magnus will be a park oriented ski that handles all mountain well where the K98 will an all mountain ski that rips the park. Personally I would go K98 but you can't go wrong with either.

Kid you need to eat. You have 4" on me but I weigh more than you. And I'm not fat by any means.

Also get the K98

His BMI is classified under weight lol

I just ordered a pair of magnus so im excited to get on them, i hear they are similar to the filthys. They are more geared towards park and your right the kartel 98 would suit you better for all mtn and getting in some fluff. I have the jeronimos and they are really nice for just that, a little bit fatter than the k98 so i figure the k98 would be right in the money for ya. at that weight you would probably float on powder with some twigs attached to your feet though.
