On3p vs. Everything else?

I'm 5'11, 145 lbs. I've been an advanced all mountain skier my whole life in montana but we moved to indiana last year. This year I need some new skis and I'm looking to progress my park skills while maintaining my all mtn riding.. I'm looking at On3p Jmos and Filthy riches. I ski 70% jumps when I'm in the park. The other 30% on rails. How would the On3p's work and Is there another ski that would work?

My park skis are Jeffreys. There's plenty of people who like wider skis for jumping and rails, the J-mos don't actually feel that fat as they are so lively.

i do not understand the cult following behind on3p's... but hopefully someday ill be able to try some

could u please come to indiana sometime.....and be out in steamboat the week after christmas....i wanna try on3ps sooo bad. just sent u guys an email about it too.

Anyone is welcomed to stop by the factory and demo skis for free anytime.

We'll be at Hood and Bachelor this year. We tried a good bit to be able to demo at Meadows and Bachelor last year, but for various reasons we not able to. Hope that changes this next year.

I dont understand either. It doesnt look like they are doing anything much different than every other ski manufacturer on the market. I guess i wont know until i actually get to demo a pair. Until then i will remain skeptical of on3p skis.

Try their skis.

They are so stable and damp but still so poppy and playful.

The skis make you want to ski harder.

Never had this in any other ski.

I would love to,But they do not have many demos and I hardly see them on the mountain. I would love to just flex them and actually hold a pair. But right now the only way i can try them is if i buy some and i cant make that financial commitment without having some experience with the skis. I really like some of the specs and i really enjoy stiff skis so on paper they look great but still i need some real life experience with them. That being said it looks like they are becoming bigger and bigger every year hopefully they will have a solid demo tour soon.

where are you located? Going to try and hold as many demos as we can this season, so hopefully we make it somewhere you can try a pair.

Well, should be in close to if not all of those places next year, so hopefully you get a chance to make one of them.

Any plans to tour in Utah with demos? If so which resorts are you thinking? I would love to test drive the jmos and jefferys.

It's not just on NS, TGR is pretty well on the ON3P train too. When you make bomber ski's in relevant designs, word gets out.

I think a lot of the support for ON3P skis comes from their history. Both Scott, and Rowen, and everyone else who was instrumental in starting ON3P was a contributing memeber on this website (shit, Scott and Rowen were both mods!) long before they started ON3P. ON3P really is a brand that grew out of NS, if you take a lookat the dates iggyskier, rowen, wrenegade, Caylor, Twoods, all joined, it is pretty easy to see the history they have with ns. Combine that history with the discussions Scott and Rowen have with NS members every day, and the connection ns members have with ON3P. After all ON3P really is just the result of a bunch of ns members deciding they wanted to build their own skis.

(the above could be repeated just substituting maggots for ns members)

ON3P really is a skier's company.

It doesn't hurt that the skis kick ass and they have stand up customer service!
