i ski mostly rails and want a ski that will last me a long time. i dont want to have to worry about edge cracks or anything like that. k+ to good advice!

peace

Edge cracks are sort of inevitable having said that ON3P makes a higher quality ski then most. As well the prester is supposed to be a stiff ski so maybe the filthy rich would be a better choice if rails are what you plan on doing most.

For edge cracks not to happen u have to make ur edge not be on the same level as the base, so when u slide a rail u won't touch the edge. But the presters are a stiff full camber park ski, the NEW punx are going to have a rocker/camber/rocker profile and are going to be a little softer than the presters, but they aren't as soft as the TC'S for example. Hope I helped!

i understand the edge cracks will happen eventually. but i am convinced the on3p is very durable and is the choice. i still have my k2 domain and i am okay with a more stiff ski. Will that be okay for my rail game?

i dont know how tall or heavy you are but k2 domains are one of the softest park skis you can come across plus they have rocker.

On3p makes an incredably solid ski... I ski almost entirely rails and am getting the filthy rich.. They rocker makes them playful and fun while still being fantastic on rails

If all you do is ski rails, why not just buy the cheapest crap ski you can? You will destroy it anyway. I'd just hit up the ski swaps and buy some 6 year old skis with two mounts for less than $100 and destroy those.

Its not like you are going to use those edges anyway.

Buy FR's, you will like them more on rails if you like to be playful. The prester is really designed for when you need a stiff ski
